Canyon Days Fall 2015

The Canyon Days committee and volunteers all joined forces for the third Canyon Days. During the event, volunteers where able to paint, build, and landscape, all in an effort to restore Poly Canyon to its prior glory. All of the volunteers were provided with a free BBQ lunch as a thank you for their efforts. The Canyon Days committee is immensely grateful to those who showed up to help!

Spencer Dilley, Head of the Canyon Days committee describes the club as “a committee focused on the restoration and revitalization of Poly Canyon. The committee was started back in winter of 2014, and during the period of one year they have accomplished much for the Canyon. Graffiti has been reduced to levels that have not been seen in years, structures are being rebuilt back to their prior glory, and word about the prosperity of the Canyon has grown.”

The committee is currently made up of only ARCE students, but is open to anyone with an interest in preserving poly canyon. They hope to host another Canyon Days in the spring, and are always welcoming to anyone who wants to get involved. Find out more about Canyon Days on their website or Facebook page.
