Elena Good Wins AISC $5000 Scholarship

Elena Good It was announced on August 3^rd that ARCE student Elena Good won an American Institute for Steel Construction (AISC) scholarship for $5,000. The AISC awards $65,000 annually in increments ranging from $2,000 to $5,000. The money will help offset the cost of Elena’s master’s degree at U.C. Berkeley which she will be starting in the Fall. AISC is planning to post notices of the scholarship award recipients on their website and in Modern Steel Construction (MSC) magazine.
