Estes Schaefer Visit Industry Partners

ARCE Department Head Al Estes and CAED Assistant Dean Natalie Schaefer visited industry partners in the Los Angeles area on August 6-7.  They arrived at the office of John A. Martin and Associates and visited with Kal Benuska and Trailer Martin.  They discussed a potential fund raising event to support inter-disciplinary collaboration in the ARCE, ARCH and CM disciplines.  Al and Natalie joined ARCE classmates Brad Mielke (ARCE 1978) and Bill Warren (ARCE 1978) for lunch in Irvine.  While in Irvine, they visited KNA and met with Principals Larry Kaprielien (ARCE 1979), Dave Nelson, and Josh Randall (ARCE 1994).  On the way back, they stopped by the MHP in Long Beach to meet with Ken O’Dell.  MHP is the sponsor of the upcoming ARCE magazine.  The next day started with a visit with Tom Sabol (ARCE 1979) at Englekirk and Sabol in Los Angeles and finished at John Labib and Associates (JLA) in El Segundo. Al and Natalie were able to visit with multiple ARCE graduates in KNA, Englekirk and Sabol and JLA.
